Indo-China-Pak Relation: A review of unforeseen diplomacy with the rest of the world

The days have come when the grey-hair diplomacy runs off the predefined tracks; rather it is going impromptu and proactive. India and her vulnerable northern borderline appear on the review again. The controversy begins with the undue claim of Arunachal by China, as India loses her area bit-by bit, some in Pakistan occupied Kashmir or in ‘Aksai China’ alongside of Line of Actual Control as McMahon Line. The law of nature is the “Might is Right”, Charles Darwin says it so, “Survival of the fittest”. I am leaving the matter of internal upsurge of Maoists, ULFA, ALFA, BODO and pseudo-independence mongers. Now I foresee we are at the doorstep of an unforeseen battlefield, mostly in diplomatic, but may convert to a full-time direct action.

The widespread belief of Indian War diplomacy of “no first strike” may come under threat. As we see it in Kargil days. Because “seeing is believing”. What you don’t see you don’t believe. The diplomats are chair puppets and the actual ground workers are common householders. They are very much involved with their homely matters in the guise of pseudo-patriotism. India can grow by statistics rather than the actuality; here is the difference with other world. The deep penetrated stigma of political bribery and scams has gulped down the morale of Indians. Crime is at every level. Bribe and get it done, the best example is ‘2G Scam’ of A Raja and associates.  The money speaks the final word. This is the most vivid example of political malpractice.

People of Ladakh or Arunachal know what they face day by day. The Indo Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) is not all, because the first attack comes abruptly from air. Our air-presence is not up-to the mark. As we are sending rockets to moon, but not building up a Comfortable Living Condition for our persons deployed in Schiachen, the highest battle field of the world. If not on the ground, at least under earth or cave, safe in nuclear warfare; stone is safer even in high temperature and radiation, history says.  Star war is unavoidable and as a result the infantry, the vehicle division of the Army may cease to exist. The win over the majority is called the actual win.

Navy and Air capabilities are still to be developed. The coastal areas are vulnerable to threats from nature as well as pesky neighbourhoods. Mumbai massacre is the best example and the loose security has always sown the seeds of conspiracy. I can claim an imaginary situation of a suicide attack in parliament, god forbid me, as we already saw the appalling situation through Indian Parliament attack by Hizbul Mujahidden. We may soon be back to the medieval age without our parliament which is having a heritage and diplomatic value in the world.

The days are gone with the manned hijack mission; the threat may come with the technological threat as it can grow with the evil investors. The projectile weapons are the main threats. It may come from any direction from within or outside the country. What counter measure we have taken, don’t know. Mind that, “Faleno Parichay” ‘result is the actuality in action’. The progress of mass striker is going on, we are making up Brahmos-II, far off the ICBM plan, but have we thought “prevention is needed alongside cure”? Defend and strike-both are needed. US has infrared-guided missiles, bunker blusters, flame throwers, it has already showcased in Afghan war against Al-Qaeda. Tomahawk is just an example.

Technological advantages not only increase the confidence of the soldiers, but also secure the victory. Inclusion of such weapons is of present need. Hence, increase investments in the warfare technology field. Such investments not only boost the strength in warfare but also relative and civilian betterment as a by-product. For example, infrared technology is used in both- military binoculars or radars and civilian industrial thermometers or remote control devices.

The pen diplomacy of “pressure over pressure” (POP)* needs to be rehabilitated.  The international forum of United Nations is of great importance. As India took part in the UN peace keeping mission, the Indian wish should be, in return, the permanent inclusion of an Indian chair in UN to talk in line. Now-a-days nobody cares for nuclear powers, because the demand-supply ratio is equal, even Bangladesh may procure nuclear devices as it may see India as a possible threat, besides be a big-brother.

The Chinese expansion plan forms a great part in present day international politics. The days are passé of insider politics. The present day situation focuses on an international political kaleidoscope. China has already planned to expand its Trans Tibetan Railway from mainland to Yangon via Tibet, may come to Nepalese border to help Nepal in Transport. The aggression of china is not new but it has changed its form like a chameleon.

The need is to re-fructify the old friendly relations like we have with Russian Federation, Singapore, and Taiwan (as it is anti-china), Vietnam, Malaysian counterparts who form anti-Chinese alternatives. Afghanistan may act in favour or neutral of India. As of now Afghanistan has been keeping up with their internal rebuilding and rehabilitations rather than eyeing to outer matters. The problem is Pakistan, but to the grave fact is that the Jhilum Hydro Electric Power is a help from China in guise of hidden agreement that may manifest in future, if India losses. More clearly, Pakistan may gift Kashmir or so occupied area to China in return of such help moreover India shall loose Arunachal as well as more soil of north east.

The crucible of the experiment of such mere talks like diplomats do are becoming fade, as the economic weaknesses due to unimproved international trade and low Forex inflow is taking shape in countries. In order to offset the deficit arising out of balance of trade (BOT) and to create a market like British did in the era of Industrial Revolution, a World War-II like situation. Because, the evil souls are not away; they are still conspiring to defy the purpose of UN peace keeping mission. As we see in the so called conservative Muslim countries in Arab world, people are finding the democratic rights against the atrocities of autocracy. Egyptian outbursts and success led other states follow their path to taste democracy. Now the exemplary events of Egypt are going to free other states under oppression, thereby beginning a new era.

As the days are approaching, the Japanese oath of revenge of Hiroshima-Nagasaki episode falls along the other goals. The unison of Asiatic countries may come under one banner even they are nuke capable and fight singly. The loss is less if battle is fought jointly. That’s why new cooperation diplomacy has been orchestrated by pro-US diplomats. The reverberation is Yudh Abhyaas, an exemplary joint military exercise between US and India. Though false, objective of exercise is to show off the military might to the prospective threats. But to a country like India, the meaningless indulgence in such exercise falls back to its economy as it is already in deficit mode. Civilian betterment is the order of the day. They are tax payers and the happiness contentment would reflect in overall progress. Youths are away from innovations as they need employment. The UPA government is blowing its trumpet with the MNREGA or some other Projects. The continuing dilemma of creation of new jobs and privatization of PSUs are bearing impacts in the minds of youths. Moreover the privatization cuts down jobs and become more monetary goal-oriented rather than welfare oriented.

Dates back a decade when Sierra Leon episode was curbed with US military expeditions, the probability is going to be faded more with the raise of voice for total freedom amongst countries. The implied subdue subordination of US as a main moving force is becoming unacceptable. Colonization can be a remotely maintained process and it is best done by the US. As it wishes to have all treasures including oil-fields of the world at its feet and the civilizations at its service like a slave of medieval era is continuing, under the very eyes of Uncle Sam. “Thief of Baghdad” was truly orchestrated by Maqbul Fida Hussein, the renowned painter. As of now US is silent because the President Obama is Gandhian or may be it is increasing its power after so many battles, like Alexander. Let the next poll come. The fall of Baghdad surely indicated that the snail advancement of US troops to its border. As in peace keeping mode the US has already gained its foot hole in Asia that in turn may tame Iran and some other debauch Arabic countries under its foot. It’s not an apparent astrological prediction but the analysis concludes the true events happening around the world. As the US and allies have the common dream of a Christian World. The Vatican is said to be the charioteer in this religious warfare. Though the word ‘religious’ is not stated in any manner, but the mission is unstated and bi-polar; the truth is ‘there is another dark-era’ nearby.
