Andha Kanoon Herr! President of India

Death penalty of Ajmal Amir Kasav, the lone surviving terrorist (‘Freedom Fighter’ in Pakistani term) in Mumbai episode is ‘Fansi’- (Hang to death). I request our beloved and most revered president to halt the sentence for the time till the previous sentences get fully executed!

They say Kasav is penalized for treason against India! If it is true, then one question to President: expel the corrupt ministers and bureaucrats from parliament de facto; they should also be penalized for the same reason, because they loot and embezzle money of people; they build extra-income bank balance in foreign banks! They are the most stigmatized individuals! Nayavichar (Poetic Justice?) is a literary word. Solomon or Vikramaditya or Yudhisthir were said to be mirror of truth. That time the law was just (dharma), now it is Andha Kanoon (eyes are blind-folded).

In Arab countries, death sentence is given at sight, for murder or forced sex; amputation, for stealing; no formality, no sections, no clauses, hence, no prolongations! Penalty is being prescribed by the local jurisdiction under Islamic Shariat Law. The lawful procedure should be swift and just!
